Client Survey / Klientská anketa

We would like to inform you about our regular Client survey, which will run from 5th May to 18th May 2025.

We send our clients a satisfaction form at least once a year. The reason is to get feedback on our services, on your work and the overall cooperation. We believe the feedback we receive will help us improve our services. Please motivate your students to fill in the form. Students who have attended 8 or more lessons will be included in the survey.

Rádi bychom vás informovali o tom, že v období 5. 5. – 18. 5. 2025 bude probíhat  Klientská anketa.

V rámci ankety zasíláme minimálně 1x ročně klientům dotazník spokojenosti. Naším záměrem je získat zpětnou vazbu na naše služby, na vaši práci a na celkovou spolupráci. Věříme, že informace získané z ankety nám pomohou naše služby ještě zkvalitnit; motivujte prosím své studenty k vyplnění dotazníku. Do ankety budou zahrnuti studenti,  kteří se zúčastnili 8 a více lekcí.
