Teaching Rate

If you request a rate increase, always contact the HR department (teacher.hr@eduagroup.cz).

• A rate increase is always in the range of 5 to 20 CZK / 45 min lesson.  

• A rate increase is usually possible at the earliest one year after the last adjustment. 

• For the purpose of evaluating whether a teacher is eligible for a rate increase, we monitor the following areas:

  • length of cooperation

  • observation results

  • feedback from students

  • the number of lessons in the schedule

• We also positively evaluate participation in our training sessions and voluntary workshops or extension of qualifications.
