The Course Information File (CIF) is a document that includes basic information about each course- the company, contact details, individual student information, a summary of what has been covered in the lessons so far and some notes on how to work with each student. The CIF is being filled in by the last teacher of a course and every teacher receives it when beginning a new course.
From now on, the CIF won't be an individual document anymore, it will be filled in and found directly on Schoolpartner, in the course section. Below, you can find a brief manual for both (dropping and beginning a course) situations.
If you are dropping a course, you will receive a request to fill in the course information file through the Schoolpartner system.
In your account, you will see a notice below the course for which you need to fill in information for the new teacher - "it is necessary to fill in information about the course by DD.MM.YYYY"
After clicking on this, the system will redirect you to the Course Information File (CIF) page, where you fill in the required fields.
3. After filling in the fields, click the "Save and submit for approval" button.
After receiving the initial email from the Course Manager, your new course will be active in the system. You will see course information (from the previous teacher) on the course section of the specific course, in the right panel or in the Course Information File (CIF) tab.
