You can access the full version of Schoolpartner from the administrative interface by clicking on the three lines icon in the top right corner and selecting the desired option (see below).
Some of teachers' regular tasks will remain in the full version of Schoolpartner because the processes are very data-intensive. The following three tasks have their buttons in the administrative interface which lead you directly to the desired section of the full interface:
Available courses
Monthly close-down
Assessment
Besides these, the full interface is currently the only resource of information about the number of remaining lessons in your budget courses.
You can also access the full version of Schoolpartner by clicking on the "return to full version of SP" button (click on the three lines icon in the upper right corner of the administrative interface. The "return to full version of SP" button can be found at the bottom of the drop-down menu).
When you click on the bookmark Available Courses (can be found in the upper main menu of the full version of Schoolpartner) you will see all courses that are at the moment available at EDUA Group.
Above the list of available courses, you can filter the type of a course (Typ požadavku) - a substitution (suplování) or a permanent course (permanentní), the level (Úroveň kurzu), whether it is an online or face-to-face course, the day and hour (Den v týdnu / Čas od - do), the language (Jazyk) if you teach more than one language at EDUA Group and the branch (Pobočka). When you click on the button “I am interested in” next to the course, your request will be forwarded to the Teachers’ Coordinator who will contact you with more information.
You can close the month by clicking on the bookmark ‘Monthly close-down’ of the upper main menu of the full version of Schoolpartner. After this, click on the month that you want to enter information for.
By clicking on the red button, you will get to the page where you can check the entry of the lessons and submit the monthly report.
In the upper part of the page are the amounts for the lessons taught in each course. Only the lessons that were marked into the system will be included in this calculation.
Under the list of the entries for each individual course, there is a field into which you need to write a monthly course report. This should be a brief note summarizing the grammar, vocabulary, and functional language that was covered in the lessons in the relevant month. The minimum number of characters is 60 and the maximum number is 600. For example:
You can save the information to be submitted by clicking on the button.
If you are cooperating with EDUA Group on a DPP contract and you want to use your paid vacation in the given month, please follow the instructions below in the section "I am cooperating with EDUA Group on a DPP contract. How do I apply for paid vacation?".
When you are ready, and once you have completed all the relevant information regarding your courses and also any editing that is required, you can close down the month by clicking on the button.
After this step, you will not be able to change any data.
The month must be closed no later than 12:00 (midday) of the first calendar day of the following month.
Only teachers working under a DPP contract can take paid vacation. If you wish to apply for vacation, please follow the instructions:
The procedure varies depending on the length of your holiday:
If you're leaving for less than 2 weeks, please inform your students and cancel all lessons for the given time period in Schoolpartner (you can cancel lessons in the administrative interface, you can also offer students replacement dates). Do this prior to your vacation so that those students of yours who are in the 100% Replacement Programme can take full advantage of the Replacement Programme. If you are having your time off during monthly close-down, close down the month and send your invoices before you leave.
If you're leaving for 2 weeks or more, please inform both your students and the language school - email vacation@eduagroup.cz at least 2 weeks before you leave. Cancel all lessons for the given time period in Schoolpartner (you can cancel lessons in the administrative interface, you can also offer students replacement dates). Do this prior to your vacation so that those students of yours who are in the 100% Replacement Programme can take full advantage of the Replacement Programme. If you are having your time off during monthly close-down, close down the month and send your invoices before you leave.
In case you need to cancel a lesson of a group language course at JŠ Jipka, always inform the coordinators at vyuka@jipka.cz.
The administration of paid vacation is then done only in the full Schoolpartner interface in the monthly close-down section after opening the specific month you want to apply and report the vacation (i.e. the current month you are closing). You will therefore always record your vacation only when closing the month, for lessons that you have cancelled during the month in the administrative interface. To report paid vacation, click on the "Cancelled lessons" option.
3. At the top of the page you will see your paid vacation entitlements for each EDUA Group company. You can only claim paid vacation for courses that are managed by the company where you are entitled to paid vacation - see next step.
4. In the next section, “Cancelled entries this month”, you will see a list of all lessons that you have cancelled in this month (they were cancelled by the teacher, regardless of whether they were replaced or not).
Under the name of each course you will find the company you are teaching for (James Cook Languages, School of languages, Jipka moje jazykovka or Jipka - vzdělávání).
You will also see your entitlement/vacation limit that you have accrued with that company. You can only claim paid vacation for courses that are run by the company you have accrued vacation entitlement with (i.e. you do not have a 0h limit). So, for example, you cannot claim vacation time accrued with Jipka moje jazykovka on a course organised by James Cook Languages. If you have a vacation entitlement with a company for which you no longer run a course, please contact the HR department (teacher.hr@eduagroup.cz).
You can then report your paid vacation by clicking on the gear icon at the end of the row with the specific cancelled lesson, and then selecting the “Vacation taken” option. Once loaded, you will see the text “Vacation taken” in the “Reason for Cancellation” column. This will allow you to apply the vacation to the company up to the limit incurred.
If you were sick during the month and reported sick leave to your doctor, you also have the option of marking the absence as “Sick leave taken”. Sick leave will only be approved if the legal requirements for taking sick leave are met.
Schoolpartner will show you an error message if you want to claim vacation over your accrued limit.
5. Once you have reported the vacation in the required range, click on the "Back to the Monthly close-down" button, complete the monthly entries and close the month as usual.
You can enter assessment/testing results into the system by selecting the Reviews tab in the upper main menu of the full version of Schoolpartner, followed by Annual and other evaluations.
